Prune & Port Cake


125g butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 tsp bi-carb soda
2 tbs cocoa
4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup S.R. flour
2 eggs


Preheat oven to 170 oC.
Combine ingredients in food processor for one minute, then add 375g pitted prunes & 1 cup port.
Bake for 40-45mins.
When cool, dust with icing sugar. Serve plain or with warm custard.
