Although you can 'edit your details' (postal address, phone number etc.)
near the customer login section, our 'anti-spam' software doesn't permit
you to change your email address. We have found the easiest thing to do is

After registering, please check that you have received an automatic email
from us. This email contains a 'link' which must be 'clicked' by you in
order for your registration to be complete. If you are still experiencing a

How do I find your stockists?
We have many wonderful stockists throughout Australia - send us an email
with your location, and we'll let you know who is your closest retailer.
Can I commission Rachael to create artwork for me?
Unfortunately Rachael can now only create images exclusively for RTD and
her licensed agreements (SOZ!) This includes original work, logos and

I only want to buy a card - do I have to pay your flat postage
It is never our intention to profit from our flat rate postage charge - if
your order is very small and fits into an average envelope, we will use our
discretion and reduce your postage in the form of a refund through our
payment gateway after your online purchase.
